As a child I moved to different cities and towns a lot, which is why I didn’t really have many friends. Sad, yes but because of this I had looked to my old CRT TV with a seemingly unending amount of VHS tapes, with shows from batman to Pokemon. This TV also had cable which I watched similar shows, and with that came ads, which is how I found out about games, oh how I begged my mother to buy me one, but being a single mother, this wasn’t really in her budget, and so to garage sales we went! Until we found one, a N64, and thus begin my young journey into loving video games.

I’ve always loved games, they’ve always enchanted me whenever I pick them up and begin playing them. From card games like Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon to video games like Legend of Zelda or Pokemon again but on the Game Boy or n64!

As I grew older this love for games never went away, and I just kept playing. At some point in my later years I had started getting many compliments from friends, family and just strangers I meet at work or in pubic, and it always happened to be the same compliment “You have a great voice.” and after that I had taken notice of people’s voices while playing games or watching a show and thought to myself “Huh this person has such a nice voice.” and while thinking that I also thought to myself “That could be me in this video game, and someone would think the same thing of me!” This thought to myself prompted me to being my search on how to become a voice over in one of these different types of media that I love so much, games I play everyday, or shows I watch.
